Death by Disco are a five piece from Cardiff, South Wales in the UK. The hard-rock group formed in the summer of 2014 playing small gigs to hone their sound, after various upheavals and line up changes, the band put all of their collective energy into writing a full set of original material. Debut E.P. “The Story of Pain and Glory” was released on September 3rd 2015 and is full of their hard rocking explosive, genre spanning sound. . With their debut EP receiving rave reviews from fans, critics and Showcase Wales and their live performances being honed through shows around South Wales, Death by Disco did the usual  rock band thing and disappeared  from view due to more line up changes and  real life taking over  and getting in the way, but now three years after the release of their debut  release  Death by Disco are BACK with a new  lighter sound and a new E.P. ready to be unleased on an unsuspecting public. With a new stable line up comprising of  : Liam O'Connor - Lead Vocals

The band have stuck to their mantra  of crafting catchy tunes with meaningful lyrics but added a softer more upbeat side to proceedings.  As lead singer "Liam O'Connor" says , "We write songs that we want to hear and tweak them until we are happy, we are proud of what we create  and if just ONE person out there likes what we have made then its a success in our eyes. Just to have one person outside the band say  I LIKE YOUR MUSIC  is the best feeling ever".  With more songs currently being written and some big live shows booked to showcase their material  Death by Disco  are back with a musical tsunami and a refreshing need to entertain their audience, this is a band that are on the up!!!!
